Katrina will be leading Kundalini yoga to help you raise your vibrations so they are in alignment with the energies of prosperity and abundance. Weaving through this practice will be a Sound bath led by Maggie; filled with gongs, dragon healing tubes, chimes, bowls and percussions to get you into a deep meditation and immersive rest.
Together Katrina and Maggie will lead you on a journey towards abundance through exploring sounds and vibrations.
