Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations of ‘Pay as you Go’ sessions less than 48 hours before your session will incur loss of the whole fee paid. Or, you can opt to Reschedule your session for up to one month afterwards.
After the initial payment of the first instalment on any of the full-price programmes, as stated above, you have five working days in which you may obtain a full refund if you decide you cannot complete the programme now, or it is not for you. After the five days, I reserve the right to keep your fee as this is only half of the full cost of the course that you would have completed (i.e. it acts as a deposit which you lose, if you change your mind after five working days).
After reaching the mid-point of the full-price programmes and paying the remainder of the balance of the cost of the whole course, you have a further three working days from that date in which to receive a partial refund (i.e. a refund of the second payment only) if you decide not to go any further at that stage.
If you decide at any stage that you simply do not have the time to proceed but would like at some future stage to resume the course, then this is open to discussion on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, I would permit you to resume the course within three months.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
Reviews and consent to use
You will be approached either half way through your program or towards the end of your program for a review. Initials will be used to remain anonymous.
