A little background

Kundalini with Katrina came about as a really cool name for a Kundalini yoga business when it first began in India during the international lockdown in 2020.  Yoga teachers in lockdown who had just qualified decided to run classes at our Ashram to teach others, but also to keep practicing.  When it came to my turn to teach, other teachers would say - 'is it time for Kundalini with Katrina?' It seemed to have a nice, approachable sound to it, and so we went along with that as an initial business idea for me to teach Kundalini yoga online.

In working to build a clientele, I got myself a coach who was happy to barter Kundalini yoga lessons - in return for helping me gain clarity over exactly who my audience should be.

My coach said that I needed to tap into the one thing that has caused me most pain in life, and that is narcissistic abuse. As you will read in my personal story, I experienced narcissism growing up, and then later in my marriage. This was an area I wanted to put firmly behind me! In researching this area, and discovering just how many women have been involved with narcissistic ex-husbands, I felt that I could help.

So, Kundalini with Katrina focused on using Kundalini yoga chakra healing to help people who suffer from emotional trauma.

For people who are financially challenged at the moment, we also offer the mini and standard monthly memberships. The mini-memberships are a Level 1 program, which can be repeated over and over again. The Standard monthly is a Level 2 and includes level 1 within it.

Both memberships aim to help you by following an online program. There are tutorial videos, meditations to follow, worksheets and much more. Each membership contains its own Facebook support group too!
